   I believe the message and theme of this episode is more on relationship: how to treat and respect others, and many more of the good Filipino traits, you can find in the tv show, just to name a few: the attitude of Maya de la Rosa is common among our people working for someone. They learned to love their employer and even the employer’s children.

   Believe na believe talaga ako sa charcter that is being portrayed in Engr. Richard Lim. Well educated Chinoy, reserve, saying very little, WORK -HOME – WORK – HOME and not many social activities but family oriented ang life nya. I see many of mga successful chinoys do have this kind of trait. Very much focus and having full mastery of his business.

   Look at him: 24 hours, minus his sleeping time, minus his driving time, minus his quality time with the kids, lahat nasa work and business. Kahit nasa bahay, he still think of business. hehehehe, tama ba ako?

   May yaya naman si Engr Richard Lim. Matanda na, but he loves her very much and considers Manang Fe a member of his family. I was really touched when he drove her to the hospital and did not go home not until Manang Fe was fully attended and her health stabilized. Maraming ganyan na amo sa mga Chinoy. Nakuha talaga sa author how it is to be a member of a Chinoy household.

   Pati pa naman iiyong employee……..ayaw talaga a mga Chinoy na amo to flirt with the boss or mga lalaki. Kaya pala maraming matatandang dalaga sa mga Chinay…….do you agree?

   I like the episode today.
   More so we find the good acting charaterictic and skill of Richard Ya who pays Engr Richard Lim. His speech well delivered. His command in English language language is good. He is a good candicate for our international film fest na English language. This is the thing we have not develope in the Philippine movie industry. We should really search for people of his talent. Support him now while you have time by watching his show with Jodi Santa Maria.

   The role of Maya de la Rosa has portrayed that there are countless Filipino women who are working hard to be a nanny, a helper or working in someone’s house and this episode speaks more or less their untold stories. Falling victim to an an illegal recruiter maybe falling victim also to loan sharks if the borrowed money was used to pay for placement fee.

   The role of Mr. Richard Yap is what every business executive would do. PROTECT ONES OWN INTEREST and at the same time, well disciplined in his dealings, fair, good hearted. He not only play as a good father of the family but, he is what most employees really longed for. Shrewed, sharp, well respected and hindi bastos.

   I also congratulate the writer and the rest of the crew for getting the bottom line of the business even in services, the vision and mission is still in the GO GREEN THEME while aiming to be the best in its field of business. It means that whatever we do, we have to get the consciousness of our mind that it will not destroy the environment.

   Thank you for bringing BE CAREFUL WITH MY HEART to the general public.
